What this one is actually like.
The family is distributed. Most of the people who care most about this have met the baby once, or not yet, and their contribution is a photograph of a video call.
The grandparents' contribution is usually from a different decade — the parent at the same age, which is the photograph that makes the piece work.
It is the only occasion here with a genuine annual cadence. The first year is followed by a second.
The parents are taking a hundred photographs a week and are too tired to do anything with them, and the rest of the family is watching from four cities away.
One link. Everyone adds their piece.
Send one link to the group you are already in. People add photos, notes, a voice message from the car — no accounts, nothing to download. You approve what goes in. We compose it into a single work, print it on archival stock, and send it to the person the occasion is about.

- How long to give people
- Three weeks. Nobody in this group is fast right now, and that is fine.
- How many usually contribute
- Eight to fifteen, and the older half of the family contributes the material that matters most.
- What to ask them for
- For the grandparents: the photograph of the parent at this age. For everyone else: the day they met them.

Each one sets how many people can add to it, and the largest size you can order. Choose any size up to that — the price is for the piece, not the inches.
